Ingredients:
50g unsalted butter, softened
40g light brown sugar
20g granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
70g plain flour
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/4 tsp salt
60g chocolate chips (+ extra for the top)
2 tbsp Biscoff spread

Makes 2

Air fry 160C 12-14 mins
Oven bake 180C/(160C fan) 15-18 mins
until the top is crisp and golden brown 🥰

Let them cool slightly before digging in 😘

Ingredients:
50g softened unsalted butter
40g light brown sugar
20g granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
½tsp vanilla
70g plain flour
¼tsp bicarbonate of soda
¼tsp salt
60g chocolate chips (+ extra for topping)
2tbsp Biscoff spread

1) Mix together the butter and both sugars to form a paste.

2) Add the egg yolk and vanilla and mix until combined.

3) Add the plain flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt and mix to form a dough.

4) Fold in the chocolate chips.

5) Fill 2 ramekins ⅔ of the way with the dough and smooth them out.

6) Add 1tbsp of Biscoff spread to the middle of each ramekin and smooth them out.

7) Add the remaining dough on top and smooth them out.

8) Place more chocolate chips on top.

9) Bake in the air fryer (160°C) for 12-14 minutes, or in the oven (180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C fan) for 15-18 minutes until golden brown on top.

10) Enjoy!
