Ingredients:

125g Plain flour
1 tbsp Caster sugar
2 Large eggs, room temperature
300ml Milk, room temperature
Kinder bars
Melted Nutella for drizzling

Makes 8-10 crepes

Tip: If your crepes are bubbling when you spoon them into the pan, make sure your pan isn’t too hot. If they’re still bubbling, let the batter rest in the fridge for half and hour 🥰

Ingredients:
125g plain flour
1tbsp caster sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
300ml milk, room temperature
Mini Kinder chocolate bars
Nutella (optional)

1) Whisk together the flour and sugar in a large bowl until combined.

2) Make a well in the middle of the mix.

3) Crack the eggs into the well.

4) Gradually add the milk to the middle of the well and whisk it all together until runny and smooth.

5) Pour ⅓ cup of the batter into a pan on a medium heat and tilt the pan so that the batter reaches the edges.

6) One the top of the pancake is no longer wet flip it and let it cook on the other side.

7) Place the pancake on a plate and fold it in half.

8) Place a mini Kinder chocolate bar horizontally at one end of the folded pancake and roll it up tightly.

9) Repeat steps 5-8 with the rest of the batter.

10) Drizzle Nutella over the top of the pancake rolls (optional).

11) Enjoy!
