Ingredients:-
5 Oreo’s + 2 whole
10g salted butter, melted
80ml + 20ml double cream
50g white chocolate

Makes 2 glasses

*Ingredients*
For the base:
5 Oreos
10g salted butter, melted

For the pudding:
80ml cold double cream

For the topping:
20ml white chocolate
50ml double cream
2 Oreos

1) Finely crush the Oreos using a food processor or a bag and rolling pin.

2) Pour the crushed Oreos into a bowl and set aside 2tbsp.

3) Add the melted butter to the bowl and mix until combined.

4) Divide the mix into 2 glasses and press them down gently.

5) For the pudding, whisk the double cream to stiff peaks in a large bowl.

6) Add the remaining crushed Oreos to the whipped double cream and fold them in.

7) Pipe it onto the bases and smooth them out, leaving a gap at the top.

8) Melt the white chocolate and double cream together in the microwave (500W) for 1 minute, stirring gently until melted and smooth.

9) Pour the mix on top and smooth them out.

10) Place 1 Oreo on top of each one.

11) Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

12) Enjoy!

I love the "a bag and rolling pin" method, used it a lot as a child, but from my teens I went "savage" as my family called it. Because I liked to crush whatever was in the bag with my hands 😂
I think it was a mental "anger managament" thing, because I had a lot of pent up emotions that I didn't want to burden others with. So taking it out on cookies in a bag must have seemed reasonable 😂
