Thanks Jen! Took me several hours to figure out but works great, worth it and saved me money. At first, I didn't see your link to the Avery labels. REALLY HELPFUL! Will be using for many projects. At first, 33 instead of 30 names per page and alignment was off. I changed font size in my spreadsheet to bigger (from calibri 8 to 12). Worked beautifully. I don't know if that was the reason it was off, but it worked.

Hi Jen, I cannot get the merge to work correctly. Only one address is merging to the labels when I have close to 60 that need to merge. When I view the job it says how many rows need to merge are only 2 but I don't see how to change that amount?

I'm having a problem that didn't show up in your video. It's putting one address per page rather than 30 addresses. I tried just adding the
<<company>>
<<address>>
<<city>>, <<st>> <<zip>>
in the first field as you demonstrated, but that didn't work. Then I put that coding in every cell, same result. Any idea what setting I may have wrong?

all my addresses went in one column. How do I line them up in 3 columns to fit Avery8660 labels ?
