They had food on the ship. There was literally a scene of him eating. Plus I'm sure there was ample amounts of water or beverages as well given Quill is also human

Two things

1. 3 weeks is 21 days so 22 days isn't that insane
2. The survivors rule of 3 is merely the global average not a genuine guide, while one is a robot and the other is a incredibly fit billionaire, Play boy, philanthropist
3. Tony's armor could very easily have life support settings to help keep him alive a little longer.

Nebula is a cyborg, her body needs less water (if any) and she probably has that tech too.

Nebula is a cyborg. I doubt she needs much of anything to survive, and if you’re really paying attention, Nebula seems to not have suffered in the slightest over those 22 days, whereas Tony lost weight, and strength. Tony got back looking like he lost Naked and Afraid on the last day, and Nebula stoated out of the ship like she just stepped off the assembly line.

I've gone 6 & a half days no food or water. Everything we've been told about how long we can last is completely exaggerated! I could have absolutely gone further too!
