I don’t think I’ve ever felt so solid in reverse tabletop before! That transition actually really helped my hand and foot placement! Loved the class! Can’t wait for tomorrow!

Doing this after a day of working outdoors. The stretches feel so good for my spine. I love the 10-min format because my body gets a lot of benefit and my mind doesn’t have a chance to get bored.

I had to concentrate a minute for each of the reverse tabletop transitions (my almost 5 years old calls it bed pose 😆). I am LOVING these quick practices!
