Another favourite of mine is moving from Vira 2 > high skandasana (high side lunge) > sink down to low skandasna (low side lunge) > same hand as bent knee drops down to lift to side plank > top leg lifts and reaches the back of mat for runners lunge 😁

Love the variety! :) One of my teachers had warrior 2 to prasarita to tripod > adjust the feet in the air to warrior 2 on the other side > land to warrior 2 on the other side. :)

So I’ve been playing with mandalas in my teaching and my fave mandala flow has been a twisted low lunge into revolved skandasana (start by lifting left foot from down dog, step through low lunge twist, then release the right hip to the mat turn onto outer edges of both feet, left hand gestures back) then transition over to the opposite long side of the mat into skandasana and then travel to the back of the mat through skandasana (Spin to down dog) lift left leg again and then practice the same thing facing the back of the mat. Repeat again on the right side. Also this video is amazing thank you keep making stuff like this you are awesome and have helped me a ton!

Wow, great timing! I’ve been playing around with mandala flows in my own practice and sometimes ending up lost... or not ending up with even sides. HA! This is definitely helpful! 🙌

Nice ones, there are so many! ATM I'm enjoying Utkatasana with arms extended forward (chest level, kali mudra option) stepping pone foot back to high lunge keeping the arms reaching forward and then transition to goddess, arms in "T". Then draw the front hand to meet the back as you spin onto the back of the mat to reaching high lunge, to utkatasana again =)

Hi! Do you always have to repeat the circle on both sides to even it out? Thanks for the super helpful video!!

Seated twist & Tai chi variation. Honestly all great! How about chair flamingo variation to wide ff/lower hips?

I was a student in a class that flowed like this and ended up facing the back wall when everyone was facing forward...I have excellent listening skills...hahaha. Loved all of the transitions, but the budukon ones make me really curious about this style of yoga. Off to find more info. Thanks!

3 legged dog > wild thing > sit down facing the back. Fallen triangle > Seated wide leg ff > wild thing.

Is anybody doing mandala flow practices on round mats, and offering videos?
I am hoping to see some to garner some inspiration!

This video is really informative! I've been trying to research for a knowledgable video like yours that breaks down the stuff in this video. 👨‍⚕️ 🧑🏻‍⚕️Your video is like the videos from Dr Ethan. Doctor Ethan's videos are insightful and I really learned a lot for my school. He is the most informative Doctor on YouTube and he teaches diabetes and vaccines.

I suggest you watch his YouTube out and give Dr Ethan a like! ➡️ #DoctorEthanScience
