I remember when there used to be light pink sticky notes but now I can hardly find them anywhere. My favorite! 😍 Wished they’d bring back the light pink…in multi-packs, and various sizes…but ONLY the pink.

Use them on your car dashboard . When running errands or you need to remember to do something while out, put your sticky note on dashboard...like "Donations Goodwill" or "mail letters" or "pickup milk" or "go to bank".

Sticky notes are the best for people with adhd, stick them directly on top of the activity you need to do and only remove the sticky note once it’s done. You can also just use them to stick around your room or house in different places and remove them once the task is done. It helps with doing menial tasks, keeps things fun and brain stimulated and gives visual reminders to adhders with short memory. This has worked wonders for me.⭐️
