The Truth About Eyebrow Microblading

The final verdict on my eyebrows is in! Hear the good, the bad and the ugly about my feelings on microblading.

Another con is that it cuts (damages) your skin there. Which will cause scarring eventually if done over and over again. And we all know that shiny scarred skin will eventually not take in the ink. And likely stop growing hairs all together. On mine the color also does not match my old eyebrows. I have dark brown eye brows and the ink, after scabbing left, is an amber orange color. And yes, no more hair strokes. It looks more like I used a mismatched amber eyebrow pencil on my eyebrows. Doesn’t look good. I still have to do my eyebrows with proper makeup, and it looks funny up close. Looks okay from afar. Doesn’t look good up close.

glad i came across your video, decided to get mines done and Im in love, I got the combo/ hybrid hair like stroke in the front and shading at the end . I Have combo skin . 🙂 you gotta have patience with this process, but I'm happy, thanks for sharing

There are several reasons they will heal blurry: oily skin, if you sweat a lot, if the strokes were implanted too close to each other… strokes always heal a bit blurred no matter your skin type so the secret is to place longer strokes rather than short ones, and strokes that are quite separated. Brows that look realistic with compacted strokes, close to eachother always blur together.

Do you happen to have oily skin? I heard that could cause the hair stroke lines to blend. Also you might have gotten powder brows or combination brows which look more filled in instead of natural. Thank you for the helpful video by the way! Can’t wait to get mine done for the first time

Can you choose the ombre color for Microblading? I have sensitive skin I am interested in this process. I am still doing my research, I agree with the skincare routine I always use a gentle vegan facial cleanser.
