It does. I was taught this in the sixties. The highest point should be over your pupil as you stare forward. Outer dot is pencil laid from nose to outer corner of the eye. Inner dot is along side the nose to the corner of the eye. Fit your face, any size face perfectly

The original creator was a genius, I only wish they could be tagged because like others, their videos never go viral but the reposts and remixes do and lots of times, the original content creators have many more tips that they share that are super creative and helpful.

I tried it and wow. The difference is subtle, but in brows, any subtle difference can be amazing. My fronts look more natural, my symmetry is better, the front positoon is closer and prettier, and the tails are longer. And all much quicker than when I eyeball it. One of the nest beauty videos I have seen this year.
