Very helpful. I will look into blue light protection, oh well... One more bad-for-your-skin variable 😐 added to the mix. Thank you for the info!

I've never really thought of this before! I do have an app on my computer to limit the blue light but it's more to mimic the natural sunrise/ sunset and sto the light interrupting my sleep, not really as skincare thing. Although now I can see it may be beneficial in other ways! I think the advice to limit screen time is a good one, and of course being sun safe! So important here.

That was interesting to hear your thoughts on the subject, I've read some info about it and agree with you that we don't need to be getting paranoid. Is having a glass of red wine (the antioxidants, you know) while watching Netflix good enough to protect my skin from the blue light? Haha! I get my proper dose of antioxidants in my skincare daily :) x

You can also get blue light blocker glasses, I might get some as I work alot on the computer :)
