'If England don't win the Euros, I could leave' - Gareth Southgate discusses his managerial future

Gareth Southgate has offered a glimpse into his future as England manager.

In an interview with German publication Bild, he said that if the Three Lions aren't successful at Euro 2024, he will likely leave the role.

Southgate explained: "If we don’t win, I probably won’t be here anymore. It might be the last chance.

Wish Serena Weigman was Sporting Director of England overseeing both men and women’s national teams. Feel like that’s the right move. The Lionesses from senior to youth are world class. Let Arjan Veurink run the day to day operations for the senior Lionesses. Serena can sort out the Head coach, coaching teams for the men’s senior side. The men’s youth set up is actually decent.
