If England didn't win the World Cup then England wouldn't have won the World Cup

England still would have won 3 - 2 in 1966 even if Hurst's second goal was disallowed.

It's like The Man in the High Castle but for English football

First let’s talk about how England robbed Portugal in 1966 and Portugal should’ve won in 1966

Looking back at it dispassionately, the worst thing that happened to England was winning the World Cup as it made people think they were better than they actually were and it stopped any impetus for improvement, especially in skill and coaching. It also created the unrealistic expectation that England should always be contenders in major tournaments. If they hadn't won, the first might have been addressed and the second not become such a burden.

The answer; this useless video wouldn't have been made.

What if is an offside from Spain in 2010 World Cup

England worked, cheat and help each other at that tournament the English coach said " We beated the Germans once, we will beat them again". Euro 2016 Portugal used CR7 as a clone but Eder an Nani were the real danger in front. Germany won the World Cup in 2014 because they brought players from Bayern, No not because there were awesome players, because there teammates who know each other and knows how to win a cup because the previous year they won CL in 2013 so they know how to risen up their sport of their country. If you work as a team not as individuals like England did in this year's Euros, you might get something out of it. This is coming out of an half German.

They didn't win it, I'm pretty sure it was West Ham ⚒

Thank goodness it didn't turn out like that. Football would be nightmarish.

if England hadn't won the world cup we wouldn't be reliving/suffering every single world cup event talking about how England in 1966 won the world cup.. England's very own groundhog day/year/world cup!!

The question should be, if we're doing "what if's": What if England won every single game they ever played since forming a national team, would anyone still be interested in football or would it be just a boring 90 minutes of some blokes kicking around a ball?

we won 4-2, so even if that goal was disallowed we would've won 3-2
