Is the country/authority of issuance the same as my country of citizenship, or is it the place of issuance written in my passport if it was issued from a foreign country ?

On my ds-260 form there is a question,
Do I have record of vaccines documentation according to USA law?
My case is at nvc yet, and I have only covid-19 vaccine but not all other vaccines.
I will go though medical examination during pre interview period..


Should I answer yes or no?

hello, ll try to explain my situation because I haven't slept the last two nights for this; the doubt is all about the part "work/education/training information". My present employ is in a restaurant in Italy, where i am the restaurant manager and there is a question on the Ds-260 :"Does this job require at least 2 years of training of experience?" I answered yes, with all the duties and i did the same with my previously jobs:
-Bar manager
-administrative officer.
only today i saw the list of jobs of the US Department of Labor, and none of my works are on that list that should qualify me for the DV visa.
calculating that I should be qualified to the dv visa with my level of education, in fact to the box: "Number of educational institutions attended" I answered "3"
-1 diploma at the vocational school (5 years)
- 1 diploma at another vocational school
-- a school of higher education attended with its final certificate.
my "incorrect" answers related to my work, could cause me problems? It would be better to correct the Ds260 by answering the question "Does this job require 2 years of training?" NO?
Thank you very much for your time, is that in my Ds260 I already state that I have received a refusal to an F1 visa in the past and I would not like to increase the motivations for not proceeding with the next phase and then schedule the interview at the embassy for obtaining the green card

Great explanation. I am submitting form I 130 for my sisters (both are married and with Childrens) but I would like to know if once I submit their applications into NVC and later they ask me to fill up form 260, do I have to submit one per each of their family members?
Husband and kids? Because I would like for them also get a green card

My wife is in USA undocumented. Illeageal entry. Our i130 was approved last year. Our i601a was approved last week. I was under the impression that all we needed now was affidavit of support. Do we need DS-260? Thanks you.

Hello! First of all, thank you so much for the I formation and the video. I have a question. So my dad lives in Mexico. We already submitted the form I-130. It got approved. The thing is that my dad lost his job due to COVID -19 . And he couldn’t pay his lawyer anymore. So I am trying to send the things myself since we don’t have money to pay the lawyer. After submitting sponsor paper, the lawyer told my dad to give him copies of his marriage certificate, birth certificate, and more... But since we can’t pay anymore we don’t know where to send those documents. Also, I never heard of a D-S 260. So I am imagining they asked the lawyer for the documents and told him to fill that form? Please help :( .
