When reaching the NVC stage and uploading the police certificate, do I need the police certificate from all countries lived in after the age of 16 or before 16 too because the child I filed the I-130 for is 17 and has been living in the same country as a resident for years now. He Hasn’t lived in country of citizenship since he was 2 years old. So my question is does he need it for the current residing country or the other one too? Thanks.

I am a refugee registered with the UNHCR in Indonesia for about 8 years. My nationality is Iraqi, and my passport has expired. I currently have only the UNHCR individual ID, which is neither a passport nor a travel document. My questions are:

1. Can I use this ID for the DS-260?
2. If I can use it, which section should I choose (passport or travel document)?
3. My UNHCR ID is formatted as 186-00012345 (11 digits), but the passport section allows only 9 digits. How should I fill it in?

in the part for the derivative ds260 where they ask if your spouse will join you if not, will they join later.

if i am the main applicant who will go first, then yes the answer for them i know :
will spouse travel with you - no
will they join later- yes

what about when filling the spouses ds260?
will spouse travel with you- it can be no
will they join later- how can i answer this (logically if im going first then my wife and child will come later, ) so when filling their forms how can we fill it, should it be no for both questions?
