In this lesson, you will learn how to apply the cube root and square root to fractions. We will learn that in order to do this we apply the radical to the numerator and denominator separately. This is because square roots and cube roots (and all radicals) can be written as a fractional exponent. So applying a radical to a fraction is the same is applying an exponent and thus follows all rules of exponents.

At the end: what is the next lesson after this one mentioned at the end? Where do I go? Is there a continuation curriculum I follow a specific lesson next? TY.

Love the opening example (24-28s) - take the square root of 'one half' and then are they different?

I'm lost. On the last problem I can see 5/10 being the cube root, but when you simplified it to 1/2 it does not compute. What am I missing?
