In ques 12, you make the RHS very complex. We can simply do this👇
90/? = (√64/729)^(-1/3)
= (8/27)^(-1/3)
=(27/8)^(1/3)
= 3/2
i.e. 90/?= 3/2
?= 60.
That's it. It's very simple.

Simply a wonderful way to teach.
Me just want to add a point. In the problem of square root you just consider the greater than or less than condition to determine the final answer in case of dual conditions. But didn't touch about the "equal to" condition. For example to find square root of 1296. The no whose last digit of square ends with 6 is 4 & 6. The perfect square which is less than 12 is 9 i.e. square of 3. Now 9+3=12. Here the answer is 36. So please add the condition for being equal and it's result.

Mistake is in 225-9=216 mentioned as 116.
