I am in the southeast US, and collect water from our A/C condensation. 7.6 liters in the morning, and 7.6 liters at night. So I am able to water my plants in the morning and in the evening. There are some advantages to being in a hot/humid region, not many but this is one of them. Really enjoy your presentations.

Suggestion: drip-irrigation set on timer. Takes care of itself :). A little work to install but after that it's work-free.
