Your title is very misleading. True, a pair with matching serial numbers did sell for $150, 000 several years ago (the first known pair). Since then, however, prices for pairs have come down with a recent duo selling for $5000. Also, your sample note could at least be an actual 2013B star note in the correct SN range. They're still in circulation.
