I cannot believe that this worked. I did not have Skype downloaded, so I could not believe that downloading it, going to the settings and restoring to the default settings would affect every app system wide. Thank you so much for this solution, you are such a blessing. Have a great week.

Thank you, but we do not get same setting options on Zoom. I cannot see Webcam Settings under Audio & Video icon. Can you guide me for Zoom app setting.

My laptop is brand new & shouldn't have had this issue, I just downloaded Skype & it worked. Thank you for this video. If I remove Skype will it just go back to black & white? Thank you again

I've been having problems with skype video on slow motion. That just happens when I'm using skype. The video is on slow motion but my sounds and call is on normal. Is there any way for me to fix this? Thanks.

I'm working on a locked down machine and user doesn't have Skype video settings as an option in their Skype app.

Uninstalled and reinstalled camera app, reset settings to default, still grayed..
