I am from estonia. In estonia there are areas where russian is the mainly spoken language (Ida-Virumaa and Paldiski to just name the few regions and towns). It is quite a different experience compared to the rest of the Estonia. There has been tensions between estonians and russians but fortunately we dont have it as bad as ukraine.

During the end of WWII Russians leveled the city of Narva to force Estonians out of the city and refused to let them move back after the war and sent Russians instead, Russians didn't used to live in Estonia in as large numbers it was an attempt at cultural genocide.

There is zero chance of any problems in Lithuania. The few Russians we have, do not feel close to Russia and greatly prefer LT

Fun Fact: The German population in the Baltics founded the Freikorps to fight against the Soviets in the Russian Civil War, they did manage to keep the Soviets out but lost a lot of men, during WWII they fought against the Soviets alongside the Axis Powers but were eventually defeated by the Red Army in 1944.

The 2071 map actually looks believable, with all European countries looking the same except Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia being reunited and Albania gaining Kosovo and Western North Macedonia. Please do a video on this map.

As a person from Estonia I can confirm this is true. The way Estonia was in occupation from Russia for a very long time is just ridiculous for me, just Imagine your country cannot be independant. My grandfather was born at the end of ww2 and my grandmother was born at the start of ww2 so I have legendary grandparents because they have lived the very hard times trough that has happened in Estonia to present day.
They have told me stories how life was back then. I wouldn't even want to live like this really at that time tbh.🇪🇪

im from latvia. i was raised in a predominantly russian speaking district of riga. russians and latvians live quite peacefully in latvia though ive noticed that the latvian language is more forced for russians. some latvians who understand russian speak latvian anyway even though the person theyre talking to speaks russian

As Estonian I must say this video represents our official political standpoint. The reality may vary hugely - not everybody sees Russia as enemy or USSR as occupation and bad-bad-bad thing. Our own government have been extremely mean towards our own nation many times since gaining independence - so that quite a bit amlifies that not-so-pro west thinking and I cant blame.

Honest question, if russia wants their ppl back, why not encourage russians to return?

I have no issue with America recognising those nations as being formerly illegally occupied. Just be consistent and do the same with the Hawaiian kingdom. As well as the Lakota lands.
