I've been loving Google Tasks in 2025. I use it in a much smaller capacity than shown in this video - only to manage my inbox. When I enter my inbox, with a timer of course, I can pull things that need ACTION into the sidebar vs things that I need to file, read, etc. That helps me process Inbox tasks during inbox time and focus on my normal goal reaching steps when I'm not in my inbox through a traditional project management tool. Google Tasks has made my Inbox processing a much more enjoyable and efficient task. Thanks for sharing this helpful tour!

Helpful video I've been diving into using Google Tasks since they creates the new section in the calendar.

One thing I do if I have a number of tasks is I create a note in Keep and add the direct URL to the Keep note in the description. It's worked well for me.
