I saw a Cadbury bar recently that said “New Recipe! 10% LESS FAT!”

How did they achieve 10% less fat? By taking a 100g bar and making it a 90g bar. 10% less product, 10% less fat, same price.

I found a year or so back, Dial rectangular soap bars became hollowed out on one side similar to the cadbury bars you showed. The weight of the Dial package went down dramatically, but the wrapped bar looks the same !!

There was another thing that apple did a couple years back. They basically made their phones stop working to force customers to buy the newer more expensive models. It’s illegal now, I think, but my mom had to get a new phone because of it
