What I learnt is that I shouldn’t be trying to change my whole life all at once. What I need to do is to make slow adjustments that would eventually last longer.

“let go of the guilt” so simple yet i needed to hear someone actually say it

1. Avoid restrictive diets
2. Give up all-or-nothing mentality
3. Build self-esteem and confidence
4. Find ways to deal with negative feelings, e.g. exercise, prayer, support from others
5. Let go of the guilt

it sucks that im going down this rabbit hole, im 5'11 and 145lbs which is normal at my age of 22 but i find myself having episodes of binging then guilt after because i feel like i will gain weight the very next day. I stop and then eventually fall back into it and i really want to stop because it just pushes my progress back every time. thanks for this video

When I get excited about work or a project I find myself wanting to eat. You are right I need to find a better way to work it out. Guilt is low vibration and it is true we need to let it go.

Yeah, I'm doing calorie restriction, eating vegan, no added sugar, no added salt, little to no oil. I have lost 92 pounds in 18 months, but I let myself overeat for a week or two and then it's difficult to go back on the calorie restrictive diet. Plus I'm dealing with the death of my mother and it can be difficult to go back to the diet. I'm trying to train my mind to embrace the diet. I guess that I could restrict myself to the number of calories needed to maintain the weigh that I want. I'll go through the process to figure it out.

Just come across this video and it is great Ivana!

I am trying to raise awareness around binge eating disorder and help others finally stop!

It can be so common in the fitness industry!

I don't feel guilty but I don't want to be fat, I hate that people see me as a fat person I feel so disgusted. Like they enjoying me being fat and ugly

I got my wisdom tooth out and have been indulging myself too much with my favorites after I was safe to eat. Now I'm trying to go back to plain black coffee and holding out on breakfast. When I got a job earlier this year, I quit alcohol, had to skip breakfast a lot, and drank black coffee to tide over hunger pains. Now I dont need breakfast as much, and have lost about 10-20 pounds approx since July-December. I want to keep this up til I hit my goal weight. But I'll also need to change my mindset to food, or I'll go back

Idk what to do I’m exercising really well and during the day I eat pretty okay. But late at night I just can’t stop myself. Even though when I was younger (I’m 20 now) I used to not eat for days EASY

My whole family haves a binge eating disorder. It’s in my blood. It feels like my relationship with food is the same as a vampire. When a vampire sees blood thier body attracts itself to eat. It’s the same with me and food

Addiction, Aversion, Momentary Continuation, Habit, Assistance, Obligation/Expected Of You, Restriction, Force, Placement/Positioning, Unavailability/Displacement, Distraction, Replacements, Internal Willpower/Wellpower, Drugs (not talking about addictive ones, more ones that change overall state, like Adrenaline, or Caffeine), Compensation etc. writing this for myself, to remember, hope you guys can use these concepts if it helps. I like your video, btw, still struggling with binge eating issues too, this stuff is difficult, even with strategy.

Not saying you're wrong but how about people on carnivore diet ? I mean it's the most restrictive diet but they thrive like crazy....

Im 5 feet and I currently weigh 143 pounds, which is classified as overweight for my height. My beginning weight was 180 pounds and I have been in a caloric deficit since November. I don’t know why but recently I have been struggling to lose weight and now I randomly binge at night and that stops me from losing weight. Do you have any advice?
