Lechon Kawali Sisig

Sisig

Ingredients
* 2 lbs lechon kawali(refer to previous video for recipe)
* Neutral oil
* 1/2 cup red onion(chopped)
* 3 cloves garlic(minced)
* 3 Thai chilies(minced)
* 3 tbsp liver pate
* 1/4 cup soy sauce
* 1/4 cup calamansi juice
* Black pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Prep all of your ingredients by chopping red onion, Thai chilies, garlic, and the lechon kawali. You can choose the lechon kawali as big or as small as you like.
2. Sauté onions, garlic, and Thai chilies in a couple of tbsp of oil until translucent.
3. Add chopped lechon kawali and liver pate.
4. Season with soy sauce, calamansi juice, and black pepper.
5. Place that on a hot plate that’s been hearing on high heat for a few minutes.
6. Add an egg in the middle and garnish with green onion, Thai chili, and calamansi.

That look so bomb, kid you not. Best to eat it with a drink of beer since sisig is the kind of food to eat while drunk and with friends.
