I am 86 days alcohol-free! I feel better, I am saving money, and best of all no more hangovers, or shame, guilt or panic attacks.

I was struggling a little bit Saturday. It had been a hard day, I was arguing with my wife about the stupidest little things. We were planning on going to a concert and my brain was saying, “You’ve been sober almost 90 days, a beer or two is not a big deal! It will make you feel better, you & Kris will get along better tonight and have a nice time… you can get back to it tomorrow!” I have been through this so many times and I KNOW it’s bullshit BUT it’s still hard to say NO to that voice. I knew I would be so disappointed in myself the next day if I drank... I have done that so many times and I hate the way I feel the next day! I posted about it on my sober social media groups, and all night when I was wanting to order that beer I checked my phone, and I kept seeing more support and good advice. I had a good time with my wife and NO- I DID NOT DRINK! I feel so proud of myself today. Thank you my friends. Stick with it, please don't give up on yourself! You are NOT alone on this journey, lots of us are struggling just like you.

Nearly 12 months sober after 30+ years of drinking. Feeling amazing... what a life changer. Waking up every morning feeling refreshed and clear headed is just the best thing ever. Never drinking again.

I took a break from alcohol for 3 months, that was 59.8 months ago. My wife depends on me because of a stroke, I realized that I needed to be sober to take care of her instead of drinking myself to sleep after getting her to bed. The only 2 things I regret is starting to drink as a teenager and not stopping for good at age 30, I quit for a year. Now I haven’t had a drop for 4 years 11 months and 20 days and don’t miss it a bit.

I'm almost 8 months alcohol free. The biggest health benefit I saw was I went from always having borderline to high blood pressure to perfect blood pressure within 2 months of quitting. I was shocked by that. Best decision I ever made.

I’m on day 4 and I’m posting my journey to try to keep myself accountable. I’ve struggled over a decade with this disease CONSTANTLY RELAPSING I’m done and won’t allow myself to live the life I’ve been living. Done with all the pancreatitis and seizures I’ve had. I have been sober for 42+ years continuously, starting on June 26, 1981! I got sober because a psychiatrist diagnosed me with alcoholism and told me I would be lucky to hit 35; I was 28 at the time. He hooked me up with another drunk doctor, who took me to AA. The grace of a loving God helped me to get sober and stay sober. I became a neurosurgeon, got married, have four grown kids, 12 grandkids and today am helping people to learn to live their life without alcohol! Great video! I would love to talk with the creator! God bless.

10 months no alcohol. Best decision of my life. I lost my social life and a lot of friends in the beginning but I ended up meeting an amazing woman that supports my sobriety and new lifestyle. Not only that, I’ve also become a better person, father, brother and son. Fellas, it only gets better the longer you go without it.

Day 1 of being sober. Finally got the courage to talk to set up a therapy session. Not proud of myself lately and felt like I was in a rut. Even if no one reads this just helps me stay accountable to myself.

Proud of you all! I stopped drinking 11 years ago and can honestly say it is the single greatest act of love I have ever shown myself.

Best wishes to you all on your journey! 💛

256 days...down 16% body fat and up 15 lbs muscle. If I could do it anyone can. Haven't felt this good since before I drank at 14, it's that powerful. I got incovled in CrossFit and that was the hardest because I thought crossfot was absurd. doesn't have to be much, doesn't have to be cultish, just show up and workout scaled and leave 3-5 days a week. The community is much like the sober community. Health, sleep, nutrition, exercise, self improvement is the community. Not much room for alcohol and cocaine when you show up for CrossFit class and go to bed early. Then you'll get to the 8 months mark before you know it and that's when I completely switched off the desire.to.drink in my brain. I have no desire to drink at the same level that I would have desire to drink laundry detergent ....it just doesn't register. Then further you get from it the easier it is. Once you can trust yourself you'll be unstoppable. Oh, and my severe anxiety is absolutely GONE, essentially unrattled by literally anything, that's when life gets enjoyable.

I am 8 days away from One Year Sober after 30 years of heavy drinking. I just did it. I wish I could gift a year of sobriety to so many people. It is a life changer!

I recently went from 6-10 beers a day, to only social drinking (2 times a month, 3-4 drinks). I have started saying no to social drinking too, AND I FEEL GREAT!! The physical health improvements are amazing. It feels like finally being able to rest and appreciate relaxing.

On day 23 with no alcohol now and seeing the benefits. Better sleep, less anxiety, and better bathroom schedule (if you get my drift). Thanks to you and your content Jae, you spit real life advice that has helped everyone watching this channel.

Im 60 years old and haven't had a drink in 4 years. I drank heavily for at least 40 of those years. I mean heavy! I don't know why but one day I just told myself I'm tired of the crap and I'm done. That was it! I never want to touch a drop again. I don't know how I did it because in the past I couldn't go more than 2-3 days without tying one on. One huge regret I have is not doing it years ago when my kids were young. I wasted so much of my life.
