nah, bananas are cut down after harvesting so that the remaining part of the banana would grow again and like re-start again, cause if you don't do that the next fruit that will comes out of it will get smaller and smaller and gets tasteless, so it has to restart its growth by cutting like 3/4 of it. Also, banana's do have seeds, there are banana's that has seeds that is as big as a black pepper, and there are those that are smalls like a ground black pepper. Some agriculturist might have discover some tricks how to raise a seedless banana hence why you think banana's doesn't have seeds. Also, except for banana farmers, people don't really plant bananas, they just grow out of nowhere, well depends where the birds sh8 the seeds (ohw to those who has no idea yet, most of the time birds poop contain seeds, which is why some plants or fruit trees grows out of nowhere even though you didn't plant any of it).

Banana trees grow from the root bulb after a Banana tree bares fruit it dies so it's cut down to allow the next stalk to grow you can cut it but it has to be before it bares fruit

Yes bananas is fruits but if u want to plant them u have to take the root flesh just like taro..banana seeds is imposible to grow..like unless its native variety that has a lot of seeds in them but less flesh..

The bananas dont have seeds bc most of those in old times werent good to eat or sm and ao us humans copyed a good banana and tried to take off the seeds, but in some bananas there are still some seeds that are riny black dots in the mittle of it

In the past, before the common era, bananas had seeds in them. Humongous seeds. But then people kept on making more bananas with the seeds and eventually, there were like no more seeds left. (If I got this wrong, sorry. I don’t pay attention in my SS class)

Bananas didn't grow as you shown. Beside the mother plant at the roots little ones are coming up. That's why the big plant tjat bear fruit already is cutting down and some of the little ones are planting at an other place so that you can have many plants 😊

If banana had seeds it would have grown all over like others the trees produce a lot of suckers however i have a small fig tree that has seed but it don't depend on seeds to reproduce

What the heck is this? I’m happy I grew up in the Caribbean, banana trees produce multiple young trees, we call them suckers, once the old tree dies, the young one takes its place
