10 minute Roasted Asparagus with Sweet-Spicy Tahini Dressing

This recipe takes no time to prepare amazing vegetable dish with sweat, tangy, and nutty tahini dressing. It works with broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, etc. Let me know how your turns out.

INGREDIENTS
1lbs asparagus or any other vegetables you like to eat
3 garlic cloves, minced/grated
1 inch fresh ginger, minced/grated
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1tsp mirim,/rice wine
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey, optional
1-2 tbsp tahini( depending how intense your tahini sauce is)
I Jalapeno, finely chopped( Seeds in or out-your choice)
2 scallions, finely chopped
Salt
Ground pepper
neutral oil
sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, whisk together garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar. Set aside for about 5 minutes to allow the garlic and ginger to mellow, then whisk in soy sauce, tahini, and jalapeno
2. Pan-Roast asparagus in a single layer and flip to cook another side
3. Transfer the cooked asparagus to a plate and spoon the tahini mixture.
4. sprinkle with scallions (thinly sliced) and roasted sesame seeds
