Basically H.Pylori does not cure only by diet and main and most important thing is when the patient are in H.Pylori treatment usually there will be 6 tablets, or 3 tablets in the morning and 3 tablets in the night, during that period you should avoid non veg, heavy spicy food, they should avoid excessive meat, excessive sweets, because they will be taking 3 medicines in the morning, 3 medicines in the night, that is why good diet like in the morning they can have idli, upma, and poha and afternoon they can have dal, vegetable an curd rice and night also same thing. So that is for 14 days, but as such H.Pylori does not go just with medicines, but all the patients with H.Pylori they have acidity, gastritis. So what we tell them is to avoid sweets and carbonated drinks and they should avoid excessive spicy food, excessive mosambi juices these are the food they should avoid, in vegetables, carrots, potatoes, these things will worsen the acidity problem because of gas production. Usually H.Pylori and food there is no major correlation, but during H.Pylori treatment patient has to be careful. They should have more of bland diet with lot of curds, yoghurt, butter milk.

this is a doctor page allegedly. First thing you should preface to public is to NEVER try dieting to eliminate pylori bacterium because that is something that needs to be eradicated via antibiotics. Then after that can they rebuild their gut flora. But you should NEVER try “natural” “remedies” first before actually taking antibiotics. You can just make it worse by ignoring
