Nobody mention that, but this remarkable pen, is recognised by the tablet before it touches the screen. If you use the great screenshot sharing feature of the remarkable, you can use the pen as a laser pointer, for presenting. Another pen would start drawing on the screen, which you often don't want in that mode. A Wacom pen would not be able to do that.

Hi, does the tip of your pen slightly wiggle from left/right when you write or push with your finger? I know slight up/down movement is normal for pressure sensitivity. Mine has a very slight movement from left/right and was wondering if it's a defect or not. I have contacted Remarkable support about it but they said the movement is normal. I found this slight movement annoying when writing.

The default tip popped off and i lost it just a few days of mild usage. I'm now using the first tip from the box already 😢

Yeah. It should be usi. Try it on the Kindle max 11 or some usi Chromebooks. Most likely usi 2.0

Yeah, everyone online is in agreement that the box for the marker tips is insanely wasteful and extra

Why on Earth would I even think about paying that much for this device when it clearly has a ton of compromises (if you would rather not think of them as problems that is..)? The 'staining' left behind is a joke - and the delayed I get the rush to introduce and try new tech such as this screen is, but there's no way I'd buy this, is still waaaay too far from being usable from what I've seen online.... Great review by the way, clear, nicely paced and without the usual ' want to be a character' antics of so many video-reviewers/presenters.
