In some parts of Hong Kong that printer would qualify as a Studio Flat.

Could you please do an in-depth review of this machine?

Hey Joel!
I pretty sure you will test that beast... may I ask you to check if your printer has the same problem as mine?

Since I got this 4 weeks ago, I had the Z-axis crashing. Just abort at the first layer and re-home. It seems they always move up first... this should work every time!

The filament sensors have so far never triggered a filament change or paused a print... they seem to work most of the time but the firmware does not recognize the trigger...I have made a photo where there's clearly no filament loaded and the firmware happily reports differently. Annoyingly they reset the filament sensor settings to "off" whenever they update the firmware.

And then there are the extruders. I have found it absolutely impossible to let them pull TPU from a spool. They just grind and/or slip if there's the slightest friction. So I needed to lay some meters of TPU on the carpet...

Similar was my experience with PET-G... I have already tried 2/3 of a spool printing a single part (it needs about 100g... so a decent size for this printer). Most of the times it fails because the extruder grinds at some point and you don't get filament out of the nozzle any more. Other times it seems too little filament gets extruded (the print is not solid... more like a birds nest). But this starts at a certain height.
I already tried really slow (40mm/s) and really hot (250C)...and, of course, everything in between.
I reached out for the support team... no answer in 3 weeks....

However, PLA works great. Even the shittiest filament gives you nice results with the default settings.

Maybe you have a better communication channel and make them fix their firmware to make the printer worth the money.

I'm obsessed with that printer's startup sound and all i have to day is 'Sinister Creator 3'

IDEX and almost the build volume of a Raise3D Pro2 (not the Plus, obviously) at about half the price. Very nice.

I've unpacked 3 printers in my lifetime, and Robo3D was the only one to supply grease for the lead screws / guide rods. Good thing the local Harbor Freight started carrying Super Lube.

Please do a full review of this printer. I have been using a creator pro for years with excellent results. I print mainly abs and tpu.

Hey Joel! Thank you for all the 3D printing videos! I'm just now getting into 3D printing, doing research on printers, filament and Practicing on Tinkercad for 6 months. Haven't decided on a printer yet, but soon!

I bought this printer and had nothing but problems with this removable print bed. Flashforge replaced both print heads and updated the software several times and they are investigating changing the print bed design????

I like how the creator 3 had more of an industrial look to it

We decided to buy this printer, partly based on this unboxing video and the mic flag video #highfive !
The one thing that would have been nice to tell is that the heated bed is an indirect heated bed. The (plastic) frame that is removable does not contain the heater. The heater is below that in the metal plate. This means that the temperature that is reported is not the actual bed temparature and that makes pre-heating the build plate mandatory for materials like ABS.
I do have some problems with the FlashPrint software - the first layer is not pressed well enough on the bed and the use of the included glue stick is mandatory for my print to stick to the bed when not using a raft. Since Simplify3D is my preferred slicer, there is still some work to do in setting up my profiles.
Even with the indirect bed heating and the noisy fans, this is still a nice printer.

Well if it doesn't print how you like, you can always display fresh baked donuts and pastries inside
