I believe the ❌ exercise is perfectly good & engages the traps more than the ✔️one, though tick one definitely activates the lateral deltoids more.

This is valid i injured my wrist cartilage doing this the wrong way my hands were too close towards the center of the bar. Now its been hurting on and off for months. Grip it shoulder width apart to relieve the tension off the wrist while going heavy

El de la izquierda es para desarrollar el trapecio.

Y el de la derecha para desarrollar hombros.

No se está especificando para lo que sirve hacer el
ejercicio de la izquierda. 🤔

I use smith machine for these and bring the bar parallel with my forearms always feel it in my traps so definitely works best for me
