Just buy B550 with R5 5600x or B660 with I5 12400F. take DDR4 3200/3600 CL 16.

Buy whatever is cheaper in your country.

There is a video comparing the i3-10100f with 12900k in the game Cyberpunk 2077 in 4k resolution, there is no difference in FPS. Video card RTX3090. Only i3-10100f is loaded at 25%, and 12900 K is loaded at 7%.

Which DDR5 kit was used?

Its laughable how this paints such a nice picture for Intel... until you stop and realize the listed board doesn't support DDR4 4400, its min DDR5 4600. I assume you have a rev 1.0 X570 board that caps at 4400, but if you can find a rev 2.0 that BIOS has OC spec to 5400 and might be a more fair comparison. And Ryzen loves memory bandwidth especially APUs. No idea if the APUs can push that but I would watch.

The ONLY thing this sells is how much faster this next round of AMD products will be with PCIe 5.0 and DDR5. Their current gen PCIe 4.0 and DDR4 products from last year are solidly in line with the latest Intel can put out.

Both the 5600g and 5700g can't fully utilize big GPU's as they have only pcie3 x8 the bus speed, seems like nobody mentions but that is the reason of their poor performance in gaming despite having strong IPC and better latency.
