I take 200 mgs of magnesium Lysinate Glycinate every night at bedtime and I sleep like a log. I wake up 2-3 times at night but go right back to sleep. It also has helped my restless legs tremendously which were severe. I don’t know why doctors don’t tell their patients about it. I learned about it from YouTube! Thank you doctors who make videos to help us.

My magnesium supplement journey started in 2009, with a constant twitching eye. My Dr said to get used to it cos it's a part of getting older. I refuse to fall apart so early in life. I've found the various magnesiums benefit different deficiencies. My insomnia, RLS, joint pain, migraines, leg cramps, muscle soreness, heart palpation, anxiety & neuropathy have all improved.

I started taking a magnesium supplement for throbbing, tired overworked legs that wouldn't let me sleep and it worked very well. It also helped with digestive issues I thought were completely unrelated. I won't ever be without my magnesium supplement again.
