And this is why veterans with free "healthcare" don't want the government running all healthcare.

Was it at a Vet hospital, is that why he couldn't sue?

Wait how could he not file suit? That is negligence at the very least.

I have no legs, because I had big, long, bonyfeet thatfractured just from walking. I ended up in wound care 3 times, but my feet would go right back to having quarter sized open holes on my soles. First surgeon dgaf about my feet, she was more concerned with her weight loss and new wardrobe. She left splinters, jagged edges, and bone spurs where she removed my toes. My feet wouldn't heal, so I had to get my legs amputated, starting with the right one. When HE cut into my leg, I died for a few minutes! Had to use a wound vac for 8 months due to infection. The dilaudid drip was nice though. I didn't even get to see Heaven. 😢

Don't even get me started on medical mistakes.

I was wrongfully diagnosed as a schizophrenic when I was merely mourning watching a family member die. I was drugged for four years but got myself out, detoxed and have stayed away ever since with vigilance, a strict healthy diet and exercise.

He is able to sue. That law has been gone for a few years. Please revise and update this video. It causes other victims of malpractice to believe they have no option.

Back in the day my sister was a cna, (certified nurse assistant) one of her patients was a Vietnam veteran, he went thru 2 tours and upon returning he stopped to help someone involved in a car accident, and got pinned between 2 cars, he was transferred to the va, they amputated the wrong leg and ended up making him a double amputee. Back then, a vet could not sue the va, fortunately times have changed.

I know the people at retsil VA home in Washington helped kill my dad and when he was taken to the VA hospital in Seattle for surgery they said he was going to die but he was doing stuff that he has always done but they just kept pumping him full of morphine every hour and he finally quit breathing early the next morning 😢
