Possibly one of the best boats you have ever shown us👍

How could you tour this boat without mentioning who designed this beauty? A classic from Robert Perry!

Great looking boat for a couple. I personally always like to inspect the hull; the rudder did not appear skeg hung and I was curious about the prop used, bow thruster?? Thanks for next time.

Nice condition and high quality boat. The space appears to not used very efficiently though. For a 50ft boat, it is really only for a couple with maybe one smaller kid. Looking in comparison at a boat like Delos, which is a 53ft Amel Super Maramu, they are worlds apart when it comes to room and usage of it.

Possibly the nicest monohull (or any) boat you've covered...truly turnkey ready. The only thing I could think of to make her any better, would be a bow thruster, for shorthanded sailing.

Yes this is a truly beautiful vessel. I personally don't like double enders. I like sugar scoops. Now if she had a sugar scoop she would be the perfect boat in my mind.

2 things for me to make it perfect. 1 loose the space eating canoe stern, and 2. A boat this size would be so much nicer if it were a center cockpit. It’s not a racing boat. Why sit at the extreame stern with the reduced visibility and extreme exposure to the sea. Racers do this for the sail trim visibility, but not needed for a cruising boat. I have owned 2 aft cockpit and 2 center cockpit boats and the center far superior, better accommodations, much better engine access. Better storage and tankage. But yes, a beautiful boat, it that’s the style you want.

Take a look at YouTube channel Sailing Delos when they were in the southern oceans W of Cape Hope in extreme weather. They were fully protected in an in closed cocpit. Invaluable. Then take a look at Sweet Ruca in bad conditions, totally exposed and getting absolutely soaked with freezing water and knocked about by seas. Freezing, wet, exposed. A properly designed center cockpit for me. I’ll leave the racing to the racers. And speaking of speed. Why have 10 feet of overhang and waterline and space loss?

It's amazing how wide the interior is.

Looks like a very fine boat, one I could get comfortable in crossing an ocean or two. But my question is about the price, is the asking price normal for a boat almost 15 years old? I have no experience buying or selling these but it seems high compared to a couple I’ve seen. Just curious and would like some thoughts from you and others..

I would be interested in your other channel but do not see it listed on here.

V berths are for guests, could use less salon space and a proper masters cabin, looks a little beamy, in good shape. Did it say Auburn Ca on the side, that’s a long way from the ocean.

I live about an hour north of Auburn, Ca.

boat looks to be in great condition and has been taken care of.
However ;)
50ft boat that can hardly accomodate 2 guests feels "ouch"

How many people are supposed to be able to dine at that tiny table? Even with the leaves up it doesn't look like it could accommodate more than 3 people eating at the same time. It doesn't look like the table would extend far enough to reach the settee on the starboard side at all. Are there extra leaves?

Beautiful boat and well cared for, but lost me with the canoe stern and with limited aft berthing. In this market and with all the newer designs, his pricing is...well.... pie in the sky.

How are you supposed to use the davits with that wind vane back there?

Aluminum Hull is the only way to extremely low maintenance, never having to re-bed anything....low is a nice layout though

Beautiful boat, but a 50' without a master cabin doesn't make sense to me.
