Hik Connect for PC | How to Connect Hikvision CCTV Camera View on Laptop

Once you've created your account you can start populating it with any devices that you have online. We can do this with the serial number and verification code. Whether you have access to the verification code remotely will depend on the firmware of the recorder.

So, here we have added the devices to our Hik-Connect account and they are showing as online. Now to move on now to view them.

You can use a few different options here. If you're using your mobile phone then you can use the IVMS-4500 app or Hik-Connect and log into your Hik-Connect account. Or to view your cameras on PC you can use the ivms-4200 app and again log into the Hik-Connect account.

To do this we must make sure that Hik-Connect Device is enabled in the Device Type list. Once we've enabled the service all we have to do is log into our Hik-Connect account. Once logged in we can go to our main view to look at cameras from either system.
