My camera are working on the DVR desktop. But on the Hikvison mobile app, nothing is coming through. I can see 0.00 k/s when the camera is loading as well as on the NAT page, all UPnP Status are inactive. I think this might have something to do with my cameras aren’t showing on my phone app. Can you help with this?

I have installed eight ip cameras, when I connect the nvr to the internet, seven are displayed on the online app, but one is not displayed, and (check network parameter) is written on the main screen, and the screen is locked on the app. When you unlock it, it asks for a verification code, put the code, after 80% loading, then the lock comes back to the screen, when you disconnect the nvr from the internet, the camera display also comes on, and it works fine, and the parameters are all correct. Can anyone tell what the problem is the camera is from hikvisson

After doing all this it was connected to mobile but today we shifted the camera to different place after doing that now in mobile phones the live video is showing offline. I have scanned QR code after doing that it's showing to option Apply for sharing or unbind device after clicking both options it's showing Add device first how to add device plz reply to the comment

I have already configured hik connect in my mobile phone but when I uninstall the hik connect app and reinstall it again and put my username and password its showing incorrect. Please suggest me what should I do ?

I have unbind a hikvision dvr, deleted the previous account, but when ever I want to add the device to mobile apps, it say “this device has been added to the account 23…..”
if I click apply for sharing “application has been sent contact the device owner for approval”.
Please should I resolve this issues
