for phone there is very cheap and practical (e-SIM) providers for particular countries or region (part of EU and outside of EU)

We just shipped our bikes from USA to Germany. We pick them up on May 5th. We don’t really have any real plans. But we do want to mostly explore Eastern Europe. Ride BMW 800’s. Not looking for hard off-road routes but back country dirt. My husband and I are very excited and plan to ride for about 4 to 5 months. Watching your videos before we arrive.

if you didn't know ... if your phone supports esim's you can use Airalo you can have internet in over 200 countries you don't have to go anywhere you always get a local number

I traveled Europe etc for 3 1/2 months from OZ. Bought a bike in the UK, took off each day and at 2pm would look for accommodation within 150km. It was great not being locked in to something at the start of each day, adding unnecessary stress 🍻
