Lysol on your shower floor and bath mats, Lysol laundry sanitizer in your washer and Vaseline between your toes every morning. It'll be gone in a week.

I know what it's like to have athlete's foot, and the best treatment, IMO, is soaking your feet in Epson salt, vinegar and especially cold water for approximately 20 minutes. Drying them with a towel, and in between the toes, is another helpful one, especially when they get wet, after you get done swimming in the pool.

what is athletes foot caused by anyways? i never gotten it in my life yet i see ads about it none stop that and ads for toe fungus and im like i never had it in my life. usually i just take a shower everyday and make sure nothing is on the soles of my feet otherwise they get very itchy when they are black on the bottom and have sweat, so honestly my feet are probably cleaner than my hands considering i smoke weed and my hands get resin on it. makes me wonder if keeping them spotless is why i never got it.

One of the best ways to get rid of athlete's foot is to buy a car. It worked for me.

Hi, I need some advice as to how to wash my feet with an infection. I have an intense paranoia that if i wash my feet with my bare hands that some fungal spores will inevitably remain on my hands even if I wash my hands afterwards and that i will spread it to other parts of my body. Does cleaning with the hands between the toes transfer spores to the hand and potentially finger nails. Everyone says how contagious this is and actually touching the area ie skin on skin contact sounds strange to me.
