Mexican cook here! Let me preface by saying that you are very well spoken when it comes to the steps of your recipes. It's effortlessly done, and easy to follow. These mini ceviche tostadas look SO good!
I prefer red onion raw when it comes to things like ceviche and I cook with white onion, but do you, boo! It's all a matter of preference.
Call it sacrilegious all you want, I think an avocado crema or some sort of chipotle crema, would be amazing on top. (Just don't tell my mom 😂) The best part of cooking is that you can create and elevate. I would eat a million of these mini tostadas! Love your content and love you, Joe!
