I made these for our grandkids Christmas dinner last year (I think you had previously shared). But, the grandkids ate every single last one and wanted more. What’s funny is my husband wanted to cook lasagna and his lasagna is gross. Sorry, but it is. He has a very weird taste pallet. No secret in our family. He was saying my dish was gross but grandkids went for the sausage bites and skipped out on his lasagna. But, I’ll be making these again as they really are delicious!!!!

I make these but on the Sweet Hawaiian Rolls (bomb diggity).... I add a little Onion Powder & Garlic Powder to mine tho! And they're even better with green onions in em.... yassss u did that Jess!

Im glad these are freezable, I often don't eat breakfast (too lazy) and talk myself out of buying breakfast sandwiches. This would really fit my life style.
