Present-day gospels were wriiten decades after Jesus ascended to heaven.

Regarding translations, I count 18 English translations for the Hafs quiraat. Does that make 18 different qurans? And that is only one language. And there are several Arabic (Hafs, Warsh, Qalun, al-Duri, and Hisham). Are these perfectly identical? If not, does that make them different qurans?

Catholics and Protestants both agree on the number of books for both Old and New Testaments. The Apocrypha is a separate volume.

Muslims claim the gospels were written decades after Jesus. The Quranic accounts of Jesus were written centuries after Jesus. How does that make the latter more accurate?
