**Please Note: I noticed I only had light dumbbells in my weight rack of my booty kicker after filming this workout. Booty Kicker recommends 10 lb dumbbells at the lowest weight rack to insure stability. I could have tightened the barre as well since I moved it up and down the stairs a few times. I absolutely LOVE this product and want to make sure I clarify my user error during this video!
