You can’t go wrong with Bagnet! Cook and serve this to your family on a weekend!

INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
1 kilogram pork belly (slab), cut into 3
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons rock salt

Set B:
1 tablespoon whole peppercorns
4 pieces laurel leaves
1 head garlic, halved
5 cups cooking oil

I was a little bit skeptical at first because it does not require pre-boiling of meat. But I tried it today and they were really crispy! Finally, I don't have to deal with oil splatter anymore! Thank you Chef Simpol for this recipe and the technique! 😊

Chef, sinubukan ko po ito noong isang araw at ngayon. Nasarapan ang mother-in-law ko. Sabi nya ang lutong daw ng pagkaluto ko pati balat. Thanks sa technique Chef!❤ This is very easy to do, lalo na kung nagmamadali at may iba pang lulutuin or gagawin.😊✨

I've tried this, ang galing ng outcome. Sarap din ng lasa. Ganito na yung gamit kong method everytime instead na palambutin muna sa water then fried. Galing chef!
