A quick review of three Akkerman Dutch Masters Inks that I bought as well as one standard Akkerman. Specifically the:

- Akkerman Dutch Masters 01 Ceruleum blauw van Vermeer
- Akkerman Dutch Masters 08 Ruisdael's stormachtig blauw "Stormy Blue"
- Akkerman Dutch Masters 11 Vermeer's Kobaltblauw "Cobalt Blue"
- Akkerman 29 Hofvijer Grijs (from the normal collection)

Oh god, now I have a fountain pen habit. I've gone from a couple cheap jinhaos I've neglected for years to a metropolitan, three Lamys and a Noodler's Ahab within two weeks. Your reviews are bad for my wallet! Interesting inks, though. So far I've decided I want several of the Akkerman *bottles*, less so the actual inks.

The Dutch Masters inks are great, especially the Kobaltblauw. But don’t stop there, Akkerman has another great series of colours. Shocking blauw is my favourite. Delft blauw is a Close second.

I’ve never found grey inks to be the most exciting either. I’ve got a sample vial of Diamine Moon dust, and I’ve just not got around to using it.

I might check out these inks though.
