The Rood and the Kobalt are going on my sample wishlist. According to my spreadsheet (yes, I know...) I've sampled 233 inks therefore there's very few shades that will stand out as unique or interesting to me anymore. Through excellently filmed videos like yours though I still get to discover inks that pique my interest. Thanks!

He's managed to influnece my taste in inks and narrow them down to not-so-common inks.
not sure if Akkerman is common in the U.S. my goodness!

The second blue is my favorite as well as the Statten General Rood! These bottles are gorgeous! The second green was really pretty too! The van Haussmann sept groen is my favorite green here!

I also enjoy Delfts Blauw. I purchased Van Huysum's sapgroen following your review a few months ago, and it is one of my favourite green inks. I should also check Bezuidenwoudgroen, looks like a very nice, natural green.

I would think that a Dutch company would have more orange inks. Or do you just not have them? I like this format too. Keep it up.

Thanks for the review. I'm going to be putting the Staten Generaal Rood on my wish list, as it looks like a good red that I would like. Have you tried any of the purples? The Simplisties Violet and the Parkpop Purpul are both quite nice colors.

If you're interested, the pronunciation of "blauw" is like auw = like ow in cow! Amd the oo in rood is like, the O in don't! I won't bother you with the bezuiden because there is no real comparison for the ui sound, lol 😂

Having already stated this is an Akkerman video, why keep repeating it and writing it? 🤔 Nice inks Dave. My pens hate them for some reason. I got 3 bottles sat doing nowt. Delfts Blauw fades away too light in my pens. Great video, thx 👍🏻🙂

Just a little help with the pronunciaton of the dutch words here:
The word "Groen" you are pronouncing it more along the lines of "Gron" as Grond like in the lord of the rings door basher of mordor without the d.

"Groen" the "oe" is pronounced more like the sound an owl makes, the oe-oe sound they make. Cut that oe-oe in half and you have to correct pronunciation.

The "G" is harder to make as an english speaker.
You make it into a hard and sort G sound. It's pronounced more like a soft and long G.

Just here to help ^^ I'm from Belgium so the dutch language is my native language altough I don't speak the same dialect as the dutch.
