Lately I’ve been walking 20-30 mins maybe 3-4 days a week and eating cleaner healthier foods and my blood pressure has gotten so much better. One point I was on 2 BP meds, but now I’m down to just 1

You have to be on top of your health, because most doctors are overwhelmed with a large patient caseload. It never hurts to get another opinion. I pray all is well and they can figure out what is causing the pain. 🥰🥰

Try to get your salt intake to 1900mg/ day or lower. That will help your blood pressure and also your kidneys. If you are prone for diabetes 1900mg/ day or less is advised too. - if you're doing this more on your own, take a baseline for a week then work on reducing it a little every week to few.

Hey Stephanie. I would recommend getting your adrenal glands checked out. Make sure you get your yearly Pap smear test done. Also try to limit any heavy lifting and bending down.

Have you checked with a gynecologist? I had/ have fibroids on my uterus and cysts on my ovaries that contributed to problems on my right side so don’t forget to see your female parts doctor( your uterus lies on top of your bladder and beside your right ureter and next to that right kidney). Pain itself will increase blood pressure as well as anxiety and stress so try not to get too worried.
