I do the budget by paycheck. I get paid semi-monthly on the 1st and the 15th.

I get my salary monthly at the 20th, then child support 27th and national child benefit 31st. I budget monthly 20th to 20th and have weekly budgets too.
I like when budgeters share everything and real numbers with all the ugly and pretty parts. I learn a lot when I see how others find solutions for real life challenges.
It's confusing for me when online budgeters operate with selected numbers and they then share house reno or clothes or beauty treatments where we've not been able to take part in how the money were saved or allocated to that. Everyone is of course free to share what they want and paint whatever picture they want too, but when I find the rare budgeter who share it all it's a relief 😊

I budget monthly then biweekly. The number I use to budget my mandatory expenses hasn't changed despite incremental changes in salary. Trying to avoid lifestyle creep. ❤😊

Im paid weekly and I only budget weekly. My hours/paycheck fluctuates so much that I’d rather just budget with actual amount.

I personally use your March 2022 hybrid budget forms which had you modify for me. I love watching any budget videos especially when there’s an overall monthly budget then the weekly.
We are retired so we are paid 4 times monthly, however the dates are always changing, which is why the hybrid works better for me. BTW; I looked for the hybrid budget for August (on Etsy. I don’t need all the pages in the packet)as I want to purchase that for 2025 monthly budgets.
