Reducing Early Labor Induction

A new policy was put in place at Baystate Medical Center to reduce labor inductions for mom's-to-be, which is safer for mom and baby. Daniel Grow, MD, Chairman of Ob/Gyn, joined his colleagues and residents to design a policy that helps eliminate elective induction of labor before woman are 41 weeks pregnant unless it is medically necessary.
